The hotel service is excellent. The receptionists and Chiến is very helpful, friendly and professional. The room is very nice and clean. The location is very central, there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. I had a good sleep after a long flight from Melbourne. Overall, I am very happy with staying at this hotel. Cheers, Huong
This hotel is certainly a great find in Hanoi. The food and the service were exceptional and the hotel was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was exceptional with a large choice of every type of food. Our host Ms Hang was very pleasant and cooked her legs to perfection. The rims were immaculate and very comfortable and construct it to a modern and comfortable standard. Although there were some renovations going on while we were there they didn't interfere with our enjoyable stay and they will only serve to make this hotel better going forward.
It has been an absolute pleasure to spend a week at this fantastic hotel. The location is great with easy access to all key areas and attractions in Hanoi. The breakfast included is decent with a wide variety of options daily. The staff are the biggest asset. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and prompt support when I needed anything. Special thanks to Quinn, Manh, and Dung. The wifi connection was decent for those who need it for remote work. Overall, a great experience and the place is highly recommended.
I have enjoyed my stay at Luxeden Hotel. The ladies working in the restaurant have been amazing. They cooked the fresh eggs I eat every morning perfectly. The food and drinks has been fantastic and varied every morning . I enjoy tasting the local cuisine and there are traditional western favorites like bacon and waffles or French toast. The service has been impeccable and I am always greeted with a smile. I have been working 15 days here in Hanoi working and there is always some one available if I need assistance.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in a newly renovated room. Overall, everything was good, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was served until 9:30, but when we arrived around 9:00, there wasn’t much food left. I assume the selection is more varied earlier in the morning. If you prefer to stay close to the city center, keep in mind that the hotel is quite far away.
