Lovely hotel with great potential. Had a great stay overall. The location is perfect, and the staff were attentive. However, while the room was spacious and clean, the pillows were far too firm for my liking. Breakfast had a great variety, though the coffee could be better. Would still recommend!"
The staff is very kind, the room is old but clean and spacious enough (the shower room is along with the toilet washbasin), and the amenities are shower gel. Shampoo, brushing, refrigerator cools well, no security box, Internet TV, Wi-Fi is good, air conditioning (with heating) is good, hot water pressure and drainage are no problem, no smoking in the room (smoking on the balcony), the location is within walking distance of the old city, Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street, market, and Tan Long Castle Ruins, a little (30 minutes) walk to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and there are many convenience stores, restaurants, and massage shops around, and the location is good and it is a recommended hotel in terms of cost.
Good room, value for money. Location is at the heart of old quarter, everything is in walkable distance. The caretaker Mr. Stone was very helpful throughout the stay, also helped in planning tours around. Highly recommended
