The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and well-equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are especially reasonable. I will definitely come back when I have the chance 🥰
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed here for a business trip and was very satisfied. The internet was stable, the room was quiet, and the staff were helpful. It's very suitable for both tourists and business travelers.
Stayed there over 4 days. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and tidy. The location is also great and easy to find. Highly recommended!!!
The hotel is new and very beautiful. The staff is lovely and very helpful, with perfect English. However, the rooms on the top floor, 801/802 etc... the top floor by the elevator, are not recommended! Since there's an additional floor above, accessible by stairs, I don't know what they were doing there, but it was simply impossible to sleep (which is the whole point of a hotel, after all). There were noises of moving, people talking loudly all night... Someone even came knocking on the door at 2 a.m.... It's a shame because at our second hotel, there was no street noise, but in the end, I would have preferred it! In short, I can't give it a higher rating because I literally couldn't sleep more than 4 hours in a split room.
My name is Mike from the u.s.a , i stayed at Elegant hotel for 15 days this hotel is a very nice place to stay, my room was clean and taken care of every day ,the location was perfect not to closes or to far away from the tourist area, the staff were nice and helpful, especially Robert and Vivian who both speak English.Vivian was absolutely the kindest person i have ever met in Vietnam 🇻🇳 hope to visit this hotel again soon,yes i do recommend Elegant hotel 🏨
