Always a wonderful meal at 4Ps! We were told upon ordering that there was a 15-20 min wait time but that was more than ok for us! Food was wonderful - we enjoyed the burrata Parma ham pizza as well as the soy garlic pizza! Bolognese with burrata was so flavourful too!
The food was amazing from start to finish. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented, especially the pizza and pasta. Special thanks to Chi for the excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even better. Highly recommend!
I first tried Pizza 4P’s in Ho Chi Minh City and absolutely loved it. While visiting Hanoi, I ended up taking a 40 minute motorbike ride just to get to the nearest branch with an available table, and it was 100% worth it. The pizza was just as amazing as I remembered, with fresh ingredients, great flavors, and excellent quality. The staff were welcoming, and the overall dining experience was fantastic. If you’re in Vietnam, Pizza 4P’s is definitely a place you shouldn’t miss. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit!
I’d seen all the hype and rave reviews online, but I kept thinking, *there’s no way the pizza is actually that good in Vietnam.* We went in with pretty low expectations, and honestly, that helped — we weren’t disappointed but didn’t exceeded our expectations. We ordered the half mushrooms and half salami‑and‑chorizo. The flavors were solid, and the ingredients—especially on the mushroom side—seemed good quality. But the crust was *so* thin that you can’t taste it and missing that chewiness for me. Maybe it’s an American thing, but in my opinion we’ve had better Italian‑style pizza back in the States. Overall, both pizzas was good, but I still prefer our usual Italian spot — and even Whole Foods’ mushroom pizza — over 4P’s only for the crust. (Updated suggestion: option for customer to adjust crust thickness?) Lastly, the salmon fettuccine was good, but since we’re already used to this style of pasta and flavor profile, it didn’t really stand out for us. The ginger ale came with the sweet syrup on the side so you could adjust it yourself — honestly, it would make a pretty solid base for a Moscow mule. Note on my rating scale: Sharing this for transparency, as I recognize that a 3-star review may be misinterpreted as reflecting a mediocre experience. 5 stars – Exceptional: Outstanding food, service, and/or overall experience. Truly worth going out of your way for. 4 stars – Very Good: Exceeds expectations in quality, service, or ambiance. 3 stars – Good: A solid experience that meets expectations. I consider any place with 3 stars or above worthy of a return visit. 2 stars – Disappointing: Falls short in food quality or service. 1 star – Poor: Not recommended.
Their pizza is as great as always—the crust has that perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness, with a wonderful aroma of fresh dough. However, we might have made a wrong choice with the salmon pizza this time; it just didn't seem to vibe well with the pizza format for me. On the other hand, the eggplant pizza was a pleasant surprise! The slight acidity perfectly cut through the richness of the cheese. We also tried a salmon and cheese appetizer (similar to a cold starter), but the serving order was disappointing. It has a very delicate flavor and should have been served first, but it came out as the third dish, which affected the palate. The steak was standard and delicious, though it came with too much sauce. The sauce was so intense that it masked the natural flavor of the beef, so I mostly used it for the potatoes and corn. It’s a consistent spot that I’ve visited many times, but I hope they pay more attention to the serving sequence, as the transition from light to heavy flavors really impacts the overall dining experience.
