I have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights , my experience was ok, I have booked superior rooms with city view, but at the time of check in , they refused….this is not done, as I was with family and my parents are senior citizens, no options in breakfast for Indians also, they must have to look into this…overall experience was satisfied
Bring your own water bottles . Hotel does not offer any additional . water bottles . Not for business travellers.
Maybe not the fanciest hotel in Hanoi, but definitely one of the best when it comes to price-performance ratio. Located right in the French Quarter and still close enough to easily walk to the Old Quarter in around 15 minutes, it is a very solid base for exploring the city. The rooms are a bit old school and robust in style, but spacious enough and absolutely do their job perfectly for a city trip where you mainly want to discover Hanoi instead of sitting inside the hotel all day. The rooftop pool unfortunately looked a little neglected during our stay and the breakfast was, for Vietnamese standards, sadly far below what this country is normally capable of offering when it comes to breakfast culture and food quality. But once again - considering the fair pricing, it is still a very good overall deal. Most importantly: all staff members were always very friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay 🙏🏻🇻🇳 Thank you
This is a v nice hotel that falls short in a few little ways of getting five stars. Rooms are big and very well appointed, though irritants such as shower door not keeping water off marble floor making it get v slippery and then being v reluctant to replace towels needed to soak up flood. Also v chintzy bathroom cleanser supplies and no washcloth to use shower gel with. Breakfast good, not great. These small operational decisions compromise an otherwise lovely hotel with lovely people staffing it.
The hotel was beautiful. The rooftop pool was beautiful although in January it was too cold for us to swim. The jacuzzi was a little discolored, but once you turn the jets on you can't tell! 🤣 I got in and was just fine. The sauna worked wonderfully but could not get steam room to work. The staff was less personable than other places we stayed, but still helpful if you need assistance. I enjoyed the quiter location, just outside of the bustling old quarter.
