The staff Louis, Jimy, and Thoung were incredibly kind and helpful! Especially when we arrived, they quickly came out to assist us with our luggage 🧳. Their warm hospitality made our stay even better. Well done to the team — we will definitely be coming back here again soon! 🤩
Really enjoyed our stay here, air conditioning was great, room was clean and bed very comfortable! Breakfast was a bonus & Hannah on front desk/helping everywhere was very kind and joyful. Its amazing location makes most places a short walk.
The hotel met my expectations. Located within walking distance for almost all the tourist attractions.The staff polite and efficient, always ready to help. The room was big and comfortable. Towels were changed every day. Breakfast was varied. One special mention for Hannah who is so well suited for her job! Thank you!
Disappointing Stay: Great Location, Poor Room Quality My stay at this hotel was highly disappointing, despite its genuinely excellent central location and the truly friendly and accommodating staff who tried their best. However, almost every other aspect of the experience fell short. For a room priced at VND 1,000,000 per night, the quality was unacceptable. My room was located on the ground floor, which was extremely small with an uncomfortably low ceiling. Noise pollution was a major issue; I could hear constant foot traffic and various sounds from the floor above throughout the day and night. The room felt incredibly damp and musty, leading me to suspect it may have previously been a storage room or repurposed space. Adding to the discomfort, mobile phone reception was virtually non-existent inside the room, and while the Wi-Fi signal was strong, it was completely unusable for accessing the internet. Overall, while the service staff were lovely, the poor condition and high price of the room made this a very unsatisfactory stay.
