I would say going to a bar in Hanoi is something you shouldn't miss if you want to truly discover this city. This Pho cocktail is so special. It actually tastes like pho—it's gin mixed with cinnamon, black cardamom, and star anise. I also want to thank their barista, Daisy, who made the experience extra special. Thank you for introducing everything about the cocktail, the bar, and Hanoi to me 💕
Quite a unique twist with asia infused herbs into their cocktail. Personally like the Ô MAI more than the PHỞ. A little gimmicky with the show for PHỞ whiles the ingredients wasn’t as obvious. Drink were around 200k-300k each.
Was recommended this cocktail bar by a local staff member, it turned out to be a great find. The decor is stylish, with low lighting, relaxed music, and an overall fantastic atmosphere. When enter staff welcoming and smiling 😊 One small downside was that the bartenders didn’t speak much English, so most conversations seemed to be with local guests rather than visitors. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did make the experience feel slightly less engaging for tourists! 😬 That said, the cocktails were truly outstanding and easily the highlight of the visit. The Pho Cocktail is especially iconic — creative, unique, and incredibly delicious. If you’re looking for a cocktail bar with great vibes and exceptional drinks, this place is okay!
Been a fan of Ne Cocktails since their first branch. This newer branch is less crowded and much more spacious, which is definitely a plus. I’d personally love the music to be a bit louder though. Lovely atmosphere overall. Would recommend the young rice cocktail — such a fun and unique drink. It honestly reminded me of UK rice pudding in cocktail form.
Classy vibes and very creative! The bar is covered in poetry and the menu is genius. Their Phở and Cốm cocktails taste exactly like the real thing, perfectly balanced and not too boozy. The Phở drink has great cinnamon/star anise notes and a nice citrus kick if you add lime. Definitely recommend, just keep in mind they close pretty early!
