An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Hanoi! My stay at La Siesta Classic was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment you step in, the hotel exudes a luxurious yet deeply sophisticated charm with its impeccable, high-end facilities. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the heartwarming hospitality of the team. A big thank you to Mr. Giang at the front desk for such a warm welcome, and to Mr. Tụ and Ms. Thảo at the restaurant for taking such wonderful care of me. I was deeply touched and impressed by the restaurant's unique morning greeting—welcoming me to breakfast with a thoughtful touch of a leaf and a fresh cup of coffee. It is these little details that showcase true dedication. My trip was far too short, but I am already looking forward to coming back—especially to dive into their impressively large swimming pool, a rare gem right in the bustling heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The place was a 10/10. This was a last minute booking and slightly above my budget but it was totally worth it. The rooms were fantastic, service was phenomenal and the buffet spread was splendid. The rooms were attended to everyday without even asking for it, all our requests were never turned down and even when we left for the airport, all the staff members wished us goodbye at the exit. They even packed snacks for us. La Siesta truly represents the saying- Come as guests and leave as friends. The location was great too. Don't even think twice about booking here. My daughter and I had an amazing stay at La Siesta. The staff were warm and hospitable. Always with a smile and gentle disposition. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room for the last night to executive suite. The room was so spacious and comes with a balcony that was lovely. We were also given 20% discount on food and spa at the premise. We had massage and hair spa and it was truly amazing. On top of that, we also had 20% grab if we grab from/to the hotel. On the day of departure, we were gifted a lovely hand made gift that was really nice. I highly recommend this hotel Rate: 10/10
My wife and are beyond impressed with our stay here. The location is perfect, the room was immaculate, breakfast was impressive, and the facilities are top notch. What makes this hotel uniquely special are the staff. Thào Do made our experience exceptional. She helped us plan our day trips and booked us an amazing tour guide. She helped with recommendations for what to do around Hanoi and every one of them was great. She checked on us every morning at breakfast to see if we needed anything and would give us local tips for our daily excursion. She also booked our ride back to the airport which was super convenient. She was very professional and personable in a way that made us feel special. Another impressive staff member was Mr. Hung. We met him at the Red Bean hotel restaurant and bar. He is truly an impressive young man who was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to describe each drink on the menu and had great recommendations. He also suggested places to go for local night life and he knocked it out of the park. We had great conversations and we'd go have a drink after a long day just so we could chat with him. Thank you to our new friends Thào and Mr. Hung, and the entire Siesta Classic Hang Thung staff for an amazing experience!
We had a wonderful stay here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore shops, food spots, and attractions on foot. The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or arrangements. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail that made it feel welcoming and relaxing after a long day out. Breakfast offers a good buffet spread and exceeded expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. A well-deserved 5-star experience!
