Perfect hotel! 🫶 We enjoyed every moment. The service here is excellent, the staff is kind, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good - they asked us in the morning what kind of egg we wanted and what kind of coffee. The rooms are spacious and clean and the location is central and convenient. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage for two days while we were on a cruise and we only traveled with a small bag. On the day we left, they gave us something sweet and tea leaves for the trip.

Exceptional Service & Incredible Value for Money ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly impressed me. The value for money was amazing, especially during the low season. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and thoughtful—from helping with luggage, opening doors, offering umbrellas, to greeting us with a smile every day. The welcome drinks, sweet treats, and personalized local map with food recommendations were lovely touches. The room was spotless and well-equipped, and the breakfast menu changed daily, which made each morning feel special. Even at check-out, we received a small farewell gift, which perfectly reflected the hotel's attention to detail and genuine hospitality. I couldn't be happier with my stay and would absolutely give this hotel a 10/10. Highly recommended! ❤️

Stayed for 4 nights in May 26 during an extremely hot period in Hanoi. The hotel's location in the Old Quarter is a major advantage, with plenty of good food options within walking distance. I booked a suite room mainly because many hotels in Hanoi lack proper windows, and I was happy to have a room with an outside view. The room itself was clean and tidy, but it was not particularly quiet. The walls seemed quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway could often be heard. The elevator was also quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep whenever it was in use. My room was on the 11th floor while the elevator only went up to the 10th, requiring an extra flight of stairs. One evening around 10 PM, there was a power outage without any information and it took more than an hour for the generator to start. Some guests had to walk down the stairs and wait in the lobby, which was quite disruptive. In addition, the air conditioning needed some time to cool the room whenever I returned from outside. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, although the taste was fairly average. On the positive side, the staff were genuinely friendly and did their best to address the inconvenience caused by the blackout, even offering a complimentary airport shuttle as a gesture of goodwill. Their effort and hospitality were much appreciated.

Having stayed in hotels of all sizes around the world, our few days at Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi truly showed me what exceptional care and thoughtful service mean. Beyond being safe, clean, and conveniently located, what touched us the most was the warmth of every staff member here. Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly, always smiling, and genuinely willing to offer help and local recommendations. A very special thank you to Mei—she was professional, patient, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. She treated each of us like family, and her kindness was genuinely heart-melting. We were deeply moved. If I come back to Hanoi, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I already miss everyone at Bespoke so much.

Bespoke Trendy Hotel is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in Vietnam and they have definitely set the standard. They made me feel very welcome and taken care of for the 4 nights I was here. The receptionists gave good recommendations of what’s around the area and even took time to go through a map of the surrounding with me. Breakfast buffet was decent - I recommend trying the local dishes on the menu over the western ones. The wait for the lift could be a little long sometimes as there is only one, so I took the stairs pretty often as I stayed on a lower floor. I appreciated the hotel’s relatively quiet location as well as it is not facing the main road. Would recommend staying here!
