Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a relatively spacious room despite it being in old quarter. Really convenient location and someone is by the front desk at all hours of the day. Breakfast was decent. AC was strong. The shower glass door leaked a bit due to improper sealing at the bottom but other than that, not a bad room. Was clean.
I stayed for a 3 night with my family. I really satisfied about all things in this hotel. First, all staff are very kind. Especially front office staff(2 women) were really kind, so my family touched about that when they saw us, they smiled and greeted for us. When I leave, also they said to us 감사합니다. In Korea language 🫶 Second, the location is excellent. It is close to the lake, so it was very convenient. Third, the breakfast was affordable and delicious. Fourth, the hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. I love Vietnam, so I have visited about seven times and even lived here before. I am truly satisfied with this hotel. Thank you! Our recent stay at the Vancaza Premier Hotel in Hanoi was absolutely wonderful. We traveled as a family group of six — my partner and I, along with both of our parents—and the staff made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. They were genuinely kind, caring, and attentive to every detail of our trip. They went out of their way to make things easy for us, from booking our transportation to the hotel to giving us fantastic guidance on navigating the local area. When we had to leave early one morning for an excursion, they proactively prepared and packed meals for us to take on the road. We also used their laundry service, and our clothes were washed, dried, and packed perfectly. I want to give a special shoutout to Tim and Lucy, who were incredibly helpful during our first few days. They consistently went the extra mile to make sure our family was comfortable. I truly hope the management team recognizes how much value they add to the guest experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.
My wife and I stayed here for one night. Overall we were very impressed with the property, location and service. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also modern with a stall shower and clean smmenitirs. The employees were very friendly and there are many options for food and shopping nearby. I also noticed they will help organize excursions for you. In summary I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back. It is a great value.
We stayed here for one night. We were satisfied with the service provided. We got a room on the 5th floor with a small and cozy balcony. The room itself was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean. We've got free upgrade, so it was very nice. Unfortunately, we were very tired and missed breakfast, so I can't rate this part. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a small cafe on the ground floor next door, as well as quite a few restaurants and tourist spots near the hotel. I also want to mention the manager, Hannah, who checked us in. She was very friendly and sweet. Thank you for your hospitality!
