We had a lovely 4-night stay at GM Premium Hanoi. The beds are super-comfy, the linen soft and noise is zero. Breakfast offers a good choice of fresh and tasty food. The pool albeit small is exactly what you need at the end of a hot Hanoi day. Cleanliness is accurate and the service is impeccable and attentive. In particular Sheldon took great care of us everyday (even a happy birthday set up of the room was arranged) and was particularly useful on our last day when Grab drivers kept cancelling on us.
Our stay was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, the room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their attention to detail and outstanding hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. We sincerely appreciate the excellent service and unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely return in the future. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at GM Premium Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Everyone was attentive, professional, and always happy to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it easy to explore all the city’s famous attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious local and international dishes, and every meal was fresh and flavorful. I also loved spending the evening at the rooftop sky bar, where the views of Hanoi were simply breathtaking. GM Premium Hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. The combination of luxury, outstanding service, and excellent location makes it one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and will definitely be returning on my next trip!

The location is excellent—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to many famous attractions, restaurants, cafés, and local shops. It was the perfect base for exploring Hanoi. The room was modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. What impressed me the most was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They provided useful recommendations for places to visit, helped arrange transportation, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The breakfast offered a good variety of both Vietnamese and international dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel also had a pleasant atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall, GM Premium Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. With its fantastic central location, beautiful and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and exceptional service, it offers outstanding value for money. A special thank you to Tracey, who went above and beyond by checking in throughout my stay to make sure everything was perfect – her professionalism and kindness really stood out. The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a spacious layout, excellent amenities, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. It made for a truly relaxing and restful stay. The highlight was definitely the amazing rooftop bar. The atmosphere, views, and overall vibe were outstanding, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day out.
