We stayed here for two nights and were very impressed with our experience. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of room for luggage. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, and the bathroom was also quite large. The entire room was spotless. What stood out the most was the friendly and helpful staff. We received a warm welcome from a staff member when we arrived. During our stay, we had an issue with our room, and a very kind employee quickly arranged another room for us without any hassle. She also helped us with another hotel, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was varied and delicious. There is a small buffet, and you can also order freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen. The only downside is that the breakfast room is quite small, with seating for only about 14 people at a time (two tables for two and two tables for six). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Great location right in the middle of the Old Quarter, so everything is within walking distance. The hotel also feels newer compared to some of the other hotels I've stayed at in the area. The staff were really friendly and spoke English very well, which was a big plus. The breakfast was a little limited, but still okay. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi, Vietnam. Every member of the staff—from the reception team to the restaurant staff—deserves recognition for their exceptional service, especially Tam and the rest of the team. We arrived in Hanoi at around 3:00 AM and were walking around looking for a place to stay when we found this hotel open. We weren't sure if we'd be accommodated at such a late hour, but Tam warmly welcomed us and patiently assisted us with our inquiry about room availability. Thanks to their kindness and professionalism, we decided to stay for two nights. Our room was clean, well-lit, and smelled fresh, making our stay even more comfortable. The lobby was cool and air-conditioned, and we also appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout while we explored the city. Overall, our experience was outstanding—a perfect 10 out of 10. If we ever return to Hanoi, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Chic Boutique Hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the bustling streets, great cafés, local restaurants, and many of the city’s top attractions, yet peaceful enough for a comfortable night’s sleep. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff truly made the experience special. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any requests we had. Breakfast offered a good selection to start the day, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with genuine hospitality in the heart of Hanoi, I highly recommend Chic Boutique Hotel. It was a comfortable stay.
From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. All the staff were attentive and so helpful, front desk in particular, Ana. Room was good, right on street with a small balcony, breakfast was good each day with different choices. Great location, can walk to so many locations, Grab was also very easy to get. All in all, good value, location, staff excellent. We will be back.
