My experience with the spas in Hanoi was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The massage was outstanding and perfectly tailored to my needs. I could feel all the tension leaving my body. The facilities were spotless, beautifully designed, and created a luxurious and peaceful environment. The oils and products used were also of excellent quality. What impressed me even more was the incredible value for money. For such a reasonable price, you receive a treatment that rivals those of high-end wellness resorts. If you’re visiting Hanoi and want to treat yourself, I highly recommend experiencing Spas Hanoi (Old Quarter).
Amazing massage & head spa! I got combo 3 (120 minutes) and spent around $30 usd. They give refreshments before and after your treatment. Definitely recommend!
I went for a combo: massage, scrub, wrap and facial - and absolutely loved it! They give you a quesstionaire at the beginning where you can choose how strong you want your massage to be and which areas to focus on. Extremely nice staff! They greated me with hot tea and cookies. I felt like a princess when I was leaving the Spa. Paid 1,050,000VN and added a tip as I was super happy with the service.
We visited Spas Hanoi twice during our three-day trip, and both times they were able to accommodate same-day appointments, which was incredibly convenient. The spa itself was clean, relaxing, and well-maintained, and the receptionists were kind and welcoming. The masseuses are very skilled with seriously strong hands! If you prefer lighter pressure, don’t hesitate to ask, because they really know how to work out tension. Each visit started and ended with hand towels, tea, and cookies, which was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend No. 2, the 90-minute foot treatment with the scrub and wrap. my feet felt incredibly smooth afterward. It was the perfect way to unwind, especially before our long flights home. Overall, a fantastic experience, and their high Google rating is well deserved.
It doesn’t show well in the photos, but the massage was so strong that I ended up bruised and my heart was pounding. They said my shoulders were stiff and applied a lot of pressure, so I just endured it. After that, I couldn’t lie down properly for three days. The staff seemed very earnest, so I didn’t say anything at the time, but honestly, the massage was not good at all. The facilities are nice and the staff are friendly, but it was disappointing.
