everything was satisfied, this hotel just opened so every facilities are brand new, super clean and perfect. Also the decorations make me feel so warm and welcome. Very comfortable and relaxing, a worth place to rest. The staff also really friendly and gentle.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located on a two-way street, making it easy to find and very convenient for getting around the city. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, especially compared to many hotels in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The property is brand new and beautifully designed in a neoclassical style, creating an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant offers a beautiful view, and the breakfast selection is excellent, featuring a wide variety of both Asian and European dishes. The rooftop bar is modern and stylish, with beautifully presented cocktails and drinks that were both delicious and well-crafted. The staff are undoubtedly one of the hotel's greatest strengths. Everyone was warm, courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service throughout my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my future business trips. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional hospitality and excellent service.
