Reading the reviews made me a little nervous, but this was my first time booking a room I was so happy with. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the center of Hanoi. I'll definitely book again next time I'm in Hanoi ♥️
I was quite worried at first because I read negative comments about the hotel. Checking in was okay, not too bad, the price was reasonable when booked through the app, but the hotel took care of customers because there was no reception desk, no hotel name displayed, only a man who guided us to the room, and if there was a problem, he would come up to check. The hotel didn't have shampoo, few towels, only 2 foot towels and 1 bath towel. Personally, I would still return if I have the chance.
