This is a highly recommended spa if you visit Hanoi. The staff is extremely friendly and they offer great service on facials, massages and all beauty services. Their manager Blaze was so sweet and helpful in advising the required treatments and assisting us throughout the experience. Their Tree Beauty Facial Relaxing package is totally worth the price as it offers an excellent experience. Would definitely visit this place on my next visit to Hanoi.
Everything is so great! Massage was top notch and service was so good, they are very professional. Will come back again! We love Tuay and Ruauey. Changed it to 4 cause they gave me a free 30mins voucher but I can’t use unless I avail another service. I asked before if I can use it alone they said yes but came back today they said no so eh.
Had such a great experience with getting a hair spa, facial and massage (head, shoulders and arms). The head massage and hair spa fantastic. They even dry your hair afterwards. I was so relaxed after and during. My masseuse was gentle and very attentive during the whole interaction, and as I have very course and curly hair when drying they used a diffuser which I appreciate so much! It was also very affordable at $750K VND which is only around $40-$50AUD I believe. Such a good experience 😊.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this spa, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. I tried several services during my visit, including a full body massage, facial cleansing, and hair washing, and every single service was performed with the highest level of professionalism and care. The massage was incredibly relaxing and perfectly done — it helped release all the tension in my body, and I felt completely refreshed afterward. The facial cleansing was thorough, gentle, and left my skin feeling clean, soft, and glowing. As for the hair wash, it was extremely relaxing, and my hair felt so healthy and smooth afterward. The place itself is very comfortable, clean, and calming, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. The staff are friendly, attentive, and clearly very experienced — they truly care about quality and customer comfort. One thing I especially loved is the hair products they use — they are very high quality, and I liked them so much that I ended up buying products from them to use at home. My hair has felt amazing since. Overall, the service, quality of work, products, and atmosphere were all excellent.
