Experience was nice! We felt so relaxed after. Upon arriving they will offer you tea. They will let you fill up or ask you for a short assessment on your preferred massage. Also, you will have your choice of massage oil. I was hoping they would soak our feet first before having the whole body massage, but maybe it was only available if you’ll have a foot massage. Nonetheless, we had a great time! Would come back again.
I came in with high expectations based on reviews and recommendations, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. There was no towel provided upon arrival, and the service standard felt inconsistent. After the session, there wasn’t even water available, which was quite surprising. I also had to retrieve my own shoes, which added to the lack of attentiveness. Maybe no tips is the main problem Overall, the service felt basic — just a simple hair wash and brief massage — and did not meet the standard I was expecting. I hope improvements can be made to match the reputation.
Decided I needed a self-care moment, and came across this place thru google maps. I was able to get in without an appointment. The staff are super kind and smile all the time. I got the facial with honey rose mask for 60mins, and I love the end results! They took the time to massage you as well, and made sure you feel comfortable. If you have been traveling, please treat your skin with Isola ❤️
My boyfriend and I walked by the street and was craving a nice scalp massage, a back and shoulder massage as well as a facial. We stumbled upon this place while we were walking the streets of Vietnam and they were able to accommodate everything within 10 minutes. They had spots for us, served us tea within the first five minutes and brought us to our rooms where we were able to lay side-by-side and experienced everything together, the masseuse were so lovely. Very good at their job jobs and the receptionist was amazing as well. I definitely recommend!
it was amaaazzziiiing. she had so much strength in her fingers and i needed that. had a headspa and she gave me a really nice head and neck massage. i need to come back for normal massage soon 😬 also the receptionist very nice and helpful
