This hotel was great, we ended up rebooking on our way back through for another night. The location is perfect, beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The pool facilities and breakfast were also great. Special mention to Harley and her team on reception who was very welcoming and helpful!
Beautiful stay in one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods of Hanoi. The rooms were clean and cozy, the breakfast was tasty and the hotel personnel were very willing to assist in any way possible. A special thanks to our amazing front office manager, Ms. Harley, who ensured our stay in the hotel was memorable. Make sure to choose the balcony room for a stunning and vibrant atmosphere! Would visit again in a heartbeat.
Excellent hotel, with fantastic staff! Very polite, friendly and attentive. The friendliest staff I've ever experienced at a hotel. Exceptional! Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with reliable internet. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of options for both vegetarians and those who eat meat. Each day varied a little to add more variety for those who stay multiple days. Great location.
I was looking for a nice hotel where to relax and spend the last days in Vietnam before leaving, and I am very happy I made this choice! Everyone of the staff was extremely kind and made us feel welcome. We were also really lucky and got a free upgrade to the suite, which we really appreciated. The hotel is new, so the room was modern and the facilities and amenities good. We were on the top floor but the shower pressure was great. I also appreciated the quality of the linen, the towels were soft and smelled so good! The breakfast was amazing, the best we had in 20 days around Vietnam. Big selection of salt and sweet and good variety. The pool was also very nice and the location of the hotel is great, very central. Everything was perfect, but when they came at breakfast today and sang happy birthday to my boyfriend and brought him a birthday cake, that was the cherry on top! We were both surprised and truly appreciated the gesture! It shows how attentive the staff is. There were a lot of other details that I noticed and really appreciated, this is what defines a high-end stay! Good job!
Wonderful stay. I love all staff. They are friendly and helpful. The hotel is near train street and shopping area, very convenient to walk in the Old Quarter. Big shout out to the General Manager, Mrs. Hannah Do for her outstanding support and professionalism. Highly recommend to everyone.
