I booked a private double bed and it was clean with very good AC plus complimentary water. The staff are very nice and speak English very well. The star receptionist Ha Chu was so friendly, she helped with booking my taxi to the airport and made sure I settled in well, also had a lovely conversation before leaving with makes me miss Vietnam even more.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We also noticed that many Indian travelers stay here, which made us feel comfortable. Highly recommended!
the hostel is right in the old quarter close to the lake and in a relatively quiet alley. i booked both private and shared rooms on separate stays. the lodging was clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly. Hā Chu helped me with a few of the travel bookings I made and made my trip a bit easier. it was pleasant staying here
The staff is very friendly, especially Silas and Ha, who are lovely and welcoming. They take the time to chat with you and recommend places to visit. They are also Travel agency. The breakfasts are very good with several choices. The beds are comfortable and large with storage space, which is nice. The dormitories and bathrooms could use some updating. I stayed here for several days mainly because of the very friendly staff and the location. The neighborhood is really pleasant, near the lake, with shops, local and tourist restaurants all around, and temples and the most beautiful cathedral just a short walk away.
We had a wonderful stay at this hostel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The team gave us everything we needed for a smooth and comfortable landing, with a friendly and warm atmosphere. We would especially like to thank Ha Chu (hope we spelled it right) for her amazing help. She was very professional, patient, and kind, and helped us with everything we needed. We truly appreciate her care and positive attitude. The hostel is great both for couples staying in a private room and for backpackers – very good value for the price!
