It's definitely a hidden gem in such great location at the center, near airport shuttle, lake, and walking distance to most of it, offering reasonable breakfast, mostly clean and well kept, except the dark corners in the moist bathroom to start my allergy in sneezing, which developed my sinus infection, though I had the fan on whole time. I have no doubt that it can be kept cleaner, getting rid of black molds by using agents, especially when air can't be refreshed with no windows to open. ^&^
The location of this hotel is excellent, being round the corner from both the lake and train street. It's a budget hotel, so don't expect luxury. It was a fair price for what was provided, except where breakfast was concerned. The breakfast was very poor.
The location is superb, as it is within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake and several Michelin-rated restaurants. It is also only about 800m from the south entrance of Train Street. While the room is a little small, the bathroom is okay—though the shower lacks a curtain or separation from the toilet and sink. There was a bit of noise in our 5th-floor bathroom (perhaps it’s near a staff room). Overall, it offers great value for money.
The location is very good near old quarter and political places as well. The rooms are clean with helpful staff. Surely will recommend for my friends when they go to Hanoi.
