I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha and would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers. The room was exceptionally well-equipped, modern, and comfortable. Everything I needed was provided, and all facilities were maintained in excellent condition. The room design was thoughtful and practical, making the stay very enjoyable.

One of the highlights of my experience was the hotel staff. They were consistently polite, professional, and attentive. Whenever I needed assistance, the team responded immediately and efficiently, demonstrating a high level of hospitality and customer service. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the green spaces and environmentally friendly atmosphere, which created a relaxing and refreshing environment in the middle of the city. As an Accor Plus Gold member, I was pleased with the benefits and recognition provided during my stay. The privileges offered added great value to the overall experience and made me feel truly appreciated as a loyal guest. Overall, Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, cleanliness, and member benefits. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Hanoi.
Liked: Enjoyed the high floor view. Japanese type toilet. The room was comfortable, design is good, not exceptional. The room felt spacious, bed was comfortable. The breakfast is of wide variety, perhaps worth the price. Disliked: The swimming pool was under construction, we were warned about it upon arrival, yet the whole pool are did not feel welcoming. SPA services were very disappointing. It seems like western brand hotel should maintain western standards, but the SPA, massages were so much worse than SPA centers. Washing service cost is per item only, which makes it expensive, especially when comparing to other hotels were they price per kilo. Not sure if any additional services are worth the price.
During my 25-day stay at the hotel, the overall experience was satisfactory. Ms. Hoai from the food service team provided exceptional and helpful assistance. Similarly, Ms. Anh from housekeeping demonstrated remarkable professionalism and a pleasant demeanor. The culinary offerings were generally enjoyable, though the Indian cuisine could benefit from an enhancement in flavor. Room service and cleaning operations were executed efficiently. The accommodations were spacious, and the lounge service was satisfactory. However, I must note a concern regarding the hygiene of the bathroom, specifically a noticeable odor emanating from the shower drainage.
