We stayed at many hotels across Vietnam and this one was the best value for money and experience. The 24 hour concierge were exceptionally helpful and genuinely delightful people who could not do enough for us. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was on the softer side which we appreciated, nice pillows, cold aircon, quiet, hot pressured water, simple enjoyable breakfast, netflix and a central location. We checked out another place early to come here as the reviews were great and we were tired of disappointing hotels- you won’t find a better hotel for this price range. Also entitled people in the reviews whinging about the most silly things need to get some perspective on real world issues.
My Wife and myself came for a mini vacation and stayed here for a couple of nights. We loved the location being in the heart of old quarter and so many places to visit both food and cafes nearby. The staff were great and really helpful from the time we checked in late night to the time we left. There hard work was really appreciated. We would definitely come back when we visit again!
If you’re wanting to treat yourself after the sleeper bus this place is perfect. Great value for money we got breakfast to which is nice. Beds and room were comfortable & a good location, couldn’t hear the traffic either. But mostly the staff they were so welcoming & some of the best service I’ve ever had. Luke was so lovely and offered to help all the time. Thank youuuu !!
I absolutely loved my stay at The Sono Hotel in Hanoi. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. The hotel is immaculately clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is fabulous. It can be a little noisy — but honestly, show me a street in Hanoi that isn’t. I stayed in a fifth-floor Junior Suite with a terrace, and it was brilliant. The room had movie channels on the TV, air conditioning that offered both heating and cooling, and plenty of hot water. As mentioned, everything was spotless, and there was a great selection at breakfast. An absolute yes — highly recommended.
