A nice, cozy hotel. The rooms are clean and new. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The breakfasts are excellent and varied, with many different dishes to choose from, and the buffet is good.
Very new build and nice hotel. The English speaking staff is very nice and greet with a welcome drink, small dessert with a cooling towel for the hotel weather. As im leaving very early in the morning to bus office for sapa which is nearby, the staff check and prepared a room earlier for me so that i can enjoy the room longer. They even offered to pack my breakfast so that i can have breakfast during bus ride. Very thoughtful of the staff. Highly recommended. Compliments to staff named Long who help me with hot water for my own coffee. Room is really nice and clean. Retro alarm clock, bath robe, bath tub, netflx tv and all necessary things similiar to a 5 star hotel. Highly recommended to stay.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! 🥰 This was definitely the best hotel I stayed at during my time in Hanoi. The facilities were complete and excellent ✨. Everything was well-maintained and made my stay very comfortable. The room was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and very clean 🛏️✨. I slept so well every night! One of the highlights was the breakfast 🍳🥐☕. Everything was delicious, with a great variety of food to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day! 😋❤️ I also want to give special thanks to all the staff 👏💕. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Their hospitality was truly outstanding 🌟. The location is perfect too 📍✨. It’s easy to reach all the main attractions, restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas around Hanoi. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi! ❤️ If I come back to Vietnam in the future, I will definitely stay here again without any hesitation. 🥰🇻🇳 Thank you for making my trip so memorable! 🙏💕✨
I recently stayed at L'Signature Tho Thap Hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. For the price of 1,700,000 VND for two nights, it is an absolute steal. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. A huge highlight was the large bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Everything felt fresh, modern, and very comfortable. The service here is truly next-level. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly—they literally run to the door just to open it for you! They are constantly offering help and providing excellent recommendations for local tours, restaurants, and hidden spots. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' experience. The only thing to keep in mind is the location. It is not within walking distance to the Old Town, so you will need to take a Grab (which is very affordable and easy to book) to get to the main tourist hub. If you don't mind a short ride to the center, this hotel is perfect. There was absolutely nothing to complain about—it’s a clean, beautiful hotel with world-class hospitality.
Everything was brand new and exceptionally clean. The space was spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff was warm, attentive, and always available, which made the stay even more comfortable. Although the hotel isn’t in the main tourist area, the city center is just a short and affordable ride away. Overall, the room was spacious, well-kept, and a great value for money. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
