I'm staying in a residence. The hotel is located in an uncomplicated area, but it's nice to have a restaurant street not too far away. The hotel staff are very friendly. In particular, Mr. Thang actively tries to serve me. And Ms. Ty is meticulous and clean. I want to compliment them. It makes my family comfortable. Thank you.
It was my first time in Hanoi Vietnam and staying here at Hotel Grand K Suites made my stay very welcoming and comforting. It’s very modern and beautiful! The overall service was excellent along with the spacious rooms which were always cleaned and all the facilities were catered for our needs. The views from the hotel overlooking the city were truly amazing!! The indoor pool and gym were very open spacious, clean and enjoyed that very much. The hotel itself is not very crowded but very spacious and big. We had breakfast included in our stay and the selection of the breakfast had a lot of choice and always fresh! The staff were very helpful and caring especially the staff member Thang who was always happy to greet and see us and he really did go the extra mile to help us out! The location of this property is great too with plenty of shops and places to eat near by. Overall I would definitely rate this property 5 stars and would definitely come and visit and stay here again!
