I really liked it, it's clean, cozy, and very quiet. It's a bit hard to find the first time, but then it's perfect. You can get there by bike and they'll take you right to the entrance. Water is free on the first day, then 10 per bottle, it's acceptable and they're very hospitable and willing to help.

There's nothing to complain about. I stayed here for 13 days. The hotel is small but the service is like a 5-star hotel. Everything was amazing, from the owner to the receptionists to the staff. I don't know how to praise it enough because I'll remember this experience forever. Too much praise might sound like I'm just trying to book a place. I hope everyone else has the chance to book this place like I did. The only inconvenience is that the area is mostly residential. The trade-off for peace and quiet is that you have to book food and other services through an app.

The price-quality ratio is excellent, and I've seen a lot in this budget. The hotel is clean, fresh, and small. The only downside is the distance from the center, shops, restaurants, and cafes. Although there is a chain store a 3-minute walk away, this is a plus because it's very quiet, perfect for those who can't sleep in a noisy city. A bus or motorcycle taxi takes about 10 minutes to get to the center. The shared kitchen on the 6th floor looks very nice, and the hostess is friendly. Overall, 9.9 out of 10.

Excellent budget hotel, clean, modern rooms. The service was also excellent. Warm, friendly family and staff. Not in the center but not too far either. There is a big shopping mall at 25 minutes walking distance or a very quick ride.
