For Hanoi, finding a hotel like this at this price is an absolute gem. The room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with everything you need without feeling cramped. It was bright, clean, and comfortable, and both the room and the bathroom were impeccably maintained. The floor-to-ceiling windows made a huge difference, bringing in plenty of natural light and making the room feel open and airy rather than enclosed. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. The breakfast was good, and the hotel itself felt modern and well maintained. Overall, I think this hotel offers excellent value for money. If I return to Hanoi in the future, I’d definitely consider staying here again.
For the price I paid, I think the hotel is decent. Check in was quick. The room was neat and clean enough, although a lot of details were showing some wear and tear. There’s what I believe a scent dispenser in the hallway, and I don’t really know if it’s because of the scent itself or it’s something else, but there is a damp smell mixed in with the floral scents (personally, I would say it was not the best scent to use either, it’s one-note and too overwhelming, and the dampness doesn’t help). Breakfast choices are okay for very short-term stays like mine.
AC not working for twin room booked. What a waste of money. After contacting the reception, just told us that it's an AC problem and fixed already but then again we didn't felt that room became colder after their confirmation.
