4 stars for 4 reasons 1. The massage itself was pretty good but nothing special in my experience. You can get same treatment and routine somewhere else but do possibly a bit lower 2. Clean facility and nice ambiance 3. Nice hospitality from the moment you walk into the hotel 4. Folks here are super nice Minus 1 star because my masseuse had calluses on their hand so it hurt me a bit.
The traditional Vietnamese massage at Min Spa was exquisite, every part of my body is relaxed and zinging with energy. The masseuse was beautiful, so kind and very strong! Loved the way she worked on everything from my fingers to my toes, an extraordinary head and neck massage, and ironed out the kink in my back. What an absolute privilege to experience this service! We had a wonderful 60min Vietnamese massage here as a couple and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Beforehand you will be asked about preferences for the Massage. The staff was highly professional and clearly very experienced, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire treatment. The waiting area is beautiful and relaxing, and we were welcomed with delicious tea, which was a lovely touch. The Spa is inside the Minerva Hotel (we only came for the Massage). Overall, a great experience – we will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.
The massage was so good. I received 15% discount for new year. And the environment was so relaxing and clean. If I get a chance, I would like to come back here again. Also the English of the lady from front desk is good, she would explain the massage at the package for you with passion.
This was the best massage I’ve had since arriving in Hanoi. We were wandering around looking for a place, but everywhere was fully booked. We decided to stop by here, and the massage was amazing! We tried the Min Special Massage, and it completely relieved all my muscle tension. The room was private, beautifully organized, and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this place!
