- One dinner in Ninh Binh is excluded. Ninh Binh accommodation is a standard hotel or homestay.
Transfers between Hanoi-Ha Long-Ninh Binh are driver-only, with no guide. One child aged 0–3 is free; the second child under 3 is charged 50% of the adult fare.
Holiday surcharges are paid on-site: VND 1,500,000/person for 3-star, VND 2,000,000/person for 4-star, VND 2,500,000/person for 5-star packages, applied on 30 Aug – 02 Sep, 21–25 Dec, 28 Dec 2026 – 01 Jan 2027, and 01–11 Feb 2027.
For Ninh Binh – Ha Long or multi-day tours including Ha Long, activities such as Ha Long cruises or Ninh Binh boat trips may be cancelled due to bad weather, unsafe conditions, or lack of authority approval. SST Travel will arrange the best possible alternative. Any deduction or refund will be based on used and unused services, with the final amount confirmed by the operation team.
