Choose from several options. Option HALF DAY: Visit 2 Villages: Conical Hat and Incense Craft Village ( No Lunch ) + Train Street (optional) Duration: ~ 6 hours Morning from 7:45~13:30 Afternoon from 11:45~17:30 Start with a pickup from Hanoi’s Old Quarter and head to hat village that has been well-known for the craft of conical hat-making for over 300 years. Get an observe how conical hats are made. Decorate a hat at your own by painting it then bring it home as souvenir. Depart for the incense village, which has been producing incense for more than 100 years. Take a walk to the center of the village and see how locals make incense on the artisanal, family scale. Learn how incense is made from scratch and more about the lives of manual workers. Take home memories of your selfie photo from the village before returning to Hanoi. Back to the city center. End at Train Street, enjoy a coffee, and explore (costs at your own expense). Option FULL DAY: Hanoi City Tour Highlights combining Incense, Hat Villages Duration: 8:30 - 17:30 8.00- 8.30: Get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City 08.45: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century. 09.30: Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy. It is the most unique padoga in the world. Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas… Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays. Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15th June -15th August) for the annual maintaining but still can take picture Mausoleum and visit around that area 11.15: Have Lunch 12.00: After lunch, we move out the city to visit 2 Villages: Conical Hat and Incense Craft Village. It's about 1,5 hours from city center to reach the village. 13.30: First, we take a look on the hats village that has been well-known for the craft of conical hat-making for over 300 years. Meet the local people at the house of a local artisan and observe how conical hats are made. 3.00pm : Depart for the Quang Phu Cau village, which has been producing incense for more than 100 years. Take a walk to the center of the village and see how locals make incense on the artisanal, family scale. Meet a family who specializes in dyeing incense sticks and take in the colorful bundles of incense. See the next level of incense production with a tour of a nearby factory. Learn how incense is made from scratch and more about the lives of manual workers. 4.00pm : Getting the transfer back to the city center. End at Train Street, enjoy a coffee, and explore (costs at your own expense). 5.30pm - 6.00pm : Arrive Hanoi old quarter. Note: You are responsible for your return from Train Street.
