Description

Tour guide will start the day by picking you up from your hotel in Hanoi. Spend about an hour by car from Hanoi (about 30 kms), the Quang Phu Cau villagers here produce traditional bright red incense, making for stunning imagery at all stages of the process. As originators of this photo tour, we can assure you of the ultimate Quang Phu Cau experience and pictures to prove it. Wander through the narrow lanes of Quang Phu Cau, where the air is infused with the enchanting aroma of meticulously crafted incense. Continue drive through the picturesque countryside and back roads to the village of Duc Wharf, where we get on a small boat for a one-hour trip up Yen stream to Thien Tru pagoda. The boat journeys down a narrow flowing stream fringed by rice fields, temples and grass and you will have the option to stop and visit some of these temples before heading to Huong Tich cave. You may trek up (or take cable car to the mountain) to Perfume pagoda (top of the mountain), enjoy the spectacular landscape and learn more about typical Vietnamese Buddhist religious. Descending and have lunch at restaurant. Then get back to Thien Tru quay to visit more beautiful and precious sculptures, taking photos, worshiping, getting on boat again back to the wharf. Complete the tour by returning to your hotel, bringing a lot of memories about traditional culture, and the historical highlights of Buddhist religion.
