Description

Day 0 (Optional): Hanoi → Ha Giang • Evening sleeper bus or limousine bus from Hanoi to Ha Giang (included). • Free dorm stay in Ha Giang if arriving early. ⸻ Day 1: Ha Giang – Quan Ba – Lung Tam – Yen Minh • Meet at MAPILENG HORIZON office in Ha Giang city, leave luggage, and start the journey on brand-new bikes • Ride through Bac Sum Pass with panoramic mountain views • Stop at Quan Ba Heaven’s Gate – iconic viewpoint over the karst plateau • Lunch in Quan Ba town with local specialties • Visit Lung Tam Village – famous for traditional Hmong linen weaving • Continue through the scenic Yen Minh pine forest – known as “the Đà Lạt of the North” • Arrive in Yen Minh and check in at a local homestay • Dinner and overnight stay in Yen Minh ⸻ Day 2: Yen Minh – Hell Village – Tham Ma Pass - Lao Xa– Lunar Rock Field – Vuong Palace – Dong Van • Breakfast at the homestay • Discover Hell Village (Làng Địa Ngục) – a hidden valley with dramatic landscapes and authentic culture. • Ride across Tham Ma Pass – one of the most iconic winding mountain roads of Ha Giang. • Explore Sủng Là Valley – known as the “rose of the plateau”, home to ethnic minority villages and the film set of The Story of Pao. • Lunch Sủng Là Valley. • Visit Lao Xa Village – an ancient Hmong community, famous for blacksmithing and stone houses. • Continue to the mysterious Lunar Rock Field (Bãi đá Mặt Trăng) – a UNESCO-recognized karst geopark area • Explore the historic Vuong Palace (Dinh Nhà Vương) – former residence of the Hmong King • Arrive in Dong Van town, Evening: stroll around Dong Van Old Quarter, enjoy street food, and take part in cultural activities such as campfire, Hmong khèn dance, and traditional musicOvernight: Boutique hotel in Dong Van. • Dinner and overnight stay in Dong Van ⸻ Day 3: Dong Van – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Nho Que River Cruise – Meo Vac – Du Gia • Breakfast in Dong Van • Ride across the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of the most scenic mountain roads in Vietnam • Descend to the Nho Que River and enjoy a relaxing boat cruise between towering cliffs • Ride to Meo vac town for lunch with local specialties • Continue the journey towards Du Gia, a hidden valley surrounded by lush mountains • Stop at the famous Du Gia waterfall for swimming and refreshing moments • Arrive at Du Gia village, check in at a local homestay • Evening: enjoy dinner and join traditional cultural activities hosted by local people (dancing, singing, and community bonding) Overnight: Homestay in Du Gia ⸻ Day 4: Du Gia – Ban Ang Waterfall – Thai An – Ha Giang City • Breakfast at the homestay in Du Gia • Visit Ban Ang Waterfall and Ban Ang Stream, enjoy nature and a refreshing swim • Continue the ride towards Thai An village for lunch • Return to Ha Giang City in the afternoon • Tour ends at MAPILENG HORIZON office, luggage pick-up, and preparation for onward journey • In the evening, board a sleeper bus back to Hanoi (approximately 6–7 hours overnight ride)
