Important Information
- 1. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your booking to confirm all reservation details.
2. Advanced reservation is required with full passenger details. Any dietary requirements.
3. Round-trip shuttle bus from the Hanoi Old Quarter (25 USD per person)
4. Cabins are private. Each cabin accommodates up to 3 guests (e.g. 4 guests = 2 private cabins). Children share existing beds with their parents.
5. Note: Child age is based on the year of birth.
6. Each room will be free 1 child from 0-3 years old. 2nd child from 0-3 years old will be charged 50% of an adult price.
7. Child from 10 years old and above: Same price as an adult and get a separate bed.
8. Pickup and drop-off are available in Hanoi or Ninh Binh. Additional transfers are available upon request for an extra fee. You may also choose different pickup and drop-off locations (e.g. pickup in Ninh Binh and drop-off in Hanoi) if arranged in advance.
