Description

Discover the incredible karst landscape and unforgettable culture of the ancient capital of Ninh Binh. Enjoy an overnight stay in a nice room in the heart of Limestone Mountain. Then, get on the bus to Tuan Chau Island and take a luxury cruise for a tour around Wonder Bay. Taste Vietnamese cuisine combined with some Western dishes and spend the night on the boat. Day 1: Hanoi - Ninh Binh (Lunch) 7:30 AM - 7:45 AM: The tour guide and bus will meet you at the hotel within Hanoi Old Quarter and head to Ninh Binh Province. Visit the Hoa Lu Temple ancient capital and ride a bike through a rural village Lunch: Have lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Float through the tranquil rivers on a bamboo boat ride. and climb to the top of Mua Caves for striking panoramic views of Tam Coc before the bus drives you to the hotel. 5:00 PM: Check in the hotel and have free time in the pool. Dinner on your own. Relax and stay overnight in Ninh Binh. Day 2: Ninh Binh - Ha Long Bay (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) Morning: Have breakfast at the restaurant and at 7:30 AM our transfer will pick you up (no escort tour guide). Rest stops on the way. 11:30 AM: Arrive at the Tuan Chau harbor, and wait for check-in at the cruises' waiting room. 12:00 PM: Embark on the cruise and have lunch while taking in stunning views of the bay and its dramatic limestone islets. Cruise through Con Vit Islet, Thumb Islet, and Lan Ha Bay. Drop anchor for some kayaking or swimming at Ba Trai Dao Beach (depending on the weather) or visit Dark Cave and Bright Cave ride by bamboo boat. When the sunset is below the horizon, gather on the deck to enjoy the brilliant colors in the sky and relax with tea and coffee or learn how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls during a cooking demonstration. Make a new friend at the sunset party or relax onboard. After dinner, enjoy a large selection of cocktails at the panoramic bar, karaoke, or go squid fishing. Day 3: Lan Ha Bay - Ha Long Bay - Hanoi (Breakfast/Brunch) Start your day with an early morning Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Have a light breakfast at the restaurant. We will provide one of two options depending on the availability on the booking date: Option 1: Sail through the calm emerald waters to Ao Ech for a kayaking trip and swimming. Option 2: Visiting the Trung Trang Cave - A beautiful cave on the Cat Ba Island for about an hour. 9:30 AM: Return to the boat and check out of your cabin. 10:00 AM: Enjoy some Vietnamese cuisine for lunch while cruising back to Tuan Chau Marina. 11:30 AM - 11:45 AM: Our transfer will come to pick you up for your return to Hanoi. 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: The bus will drop off at the Old Quarter Hanoi (if you have a flight after, we can arrange a taxi for an extra fee).
