• Your tour guide will confirm your exact pickup time between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM on the evening before departure.
• From July 1, due to new traffic regulations, our shuttle bus cannot enter many streets in Hanoi Old Quarter between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM. If your hotel is in the restricted area, you will be asked to walk 2–10 minutes to the nearest meeting point.
• If you are staying outside Hanoi Old Quarter, please send us your hotel address. We will recommend the most suitable meeting point, and you will need to travel there on your own.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.
• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and comfortable walking shoes.
