Description

We have a bus that will pick you up between 7:00 and 7:30 AM in Hanoi or Ninh Binh. You will arrive in Cat Ba around 11:00 AM and start the boat tour. If you are in Ha Giang or Sapa, you can book a sleeper bus at 7:30 - 8:00 PM. You will arrive in Cat Ba around 8:00 AM the next day and start the boat tour with us at 11:00 AM. Day 1 7:30 AM: Our bus picks you up at our office (204, 1/4 Street, Cat Ba Town) or your hotel and transfers you to BEO Harbour (about 1 km away). 7:45 to 11:30 AM: Start cruising through the Floating Fishing Village (one of the oldest in Vietnam). Our guide will share insights about the fishermen's lives. Visit and enjoy the stunning landscapes of limestone islands resembling turtles, toads, candles, and more on Lan Ha Bay. Continue cruising to the border between Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay for kayaking (1.5 hours) through BRIGHT CAVE, DARK CAVE, and BAT CAVE, exploring hidden lagoons. Move to Ba Trai Dao Beach, a private swimming area in Lan Ha Bay, where you can swim in clear water and jump from the boat's deck. 12:00 to 1:00 PM: Enjoy a lunch of Vietnamese cuisine, including seafood and vegetarian options, on the boat. 1:00 to 2:30 PM: Relax by napping or sunbathing on the deck and taking photos. 2:30 to 4:00 PM: Visit a local fish farm to see traditional fishing, then return to the boat for a Happy Ending Party with cake, coffee, and tea. 5:00 to 10:00 PM: Dinner will be served at the FLOATING HOMESTAY or on the BOAT with traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Enjoy the fresh night air on the bay. You can try squid fishing or kayak to see bioluminescent plankton. Day 2 7:00 AM: Watch the dawn and breathe the fresh air on the bay. After breakfast, we move to a small boat to Viet Hai pier, and bike 5 km through lagoons, caves, rice fields, and valleys to the village. 8:30 to 11:30 AM: Trek 2-3 hours through the rainforest and valleys of Cat Ba National Park, climbing Navy Peak for breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay, Cat Ba National Park, and Viet Hai Village. 12:00 PM: Have lunch in the village, cooked in the local style. 1:30 to 5:30 PM: Bike back to the dock, then take a boat to explore another part of Lan Ha Bay and return to the sleeping boat. 6:00 to 10:00 PM: Dinner will be served at the FLOATING HOMESTAY or on the BOAT. Day 3 8:00 to 10:00 AM: Get up, have breakfast, and enjoy the morning on the bay. Head to Ho Ba Ham to continue exploring Ha Long Bay. 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM: Visit Dau Be Island, relax on a deserted beach, and kayak to discover Ho Ba Ham (3 hidden lagoons). 12:30 PM: Have lunch prepared in the local style. 1:30 to 3:30 PM: Return to Lan Ha Bay, kayak around limestone islands, swim at private beaches, and sunbathe on the boat. 3:30 PM: Return to Cat Ba Town. You can catch the last speedboat to Ha Phong City or the latest bus to Ha Noi or Sapa. Finish the trip at our office, where you can book bus tickets to Ha Noi, Ninh Binh, Ha Giang, Sapa, etc., at 4:00 PM.
