DAY 1 HANOI-PU BIN-VILLAGE TREKKING - MEET WITH AN EXPERT 08:00 Pick up at Old Quarter, transfer to Pu Bin. 11:00 Check in the Community-Based Tourism Project 'Nhà Của Bin' (Bin's House). 12:00 Lunch with authentic White Thai cuisine. 14:00 Trekking (2 hours) to visit Bin Village and join in seasonal farming activities. 17:00 Visit the house of Madame Hong - Keeng Loong, Dance Expert and Artisan, for an interesting cooking demonstration to make 'Ú' cake, the traditional Wedding cake of White Thai people. 18:00 Dinner with the Thai family at their stilt house DAY 2 PU BIN- HANOI 08:00 Breakfast at restaurant- Free at leisure 11:00 Check out and transfer back to Hanoi
