The decor is nice and the service is good. The stretching and relaxation massage is fantastic. Upgrading to a private room costs an extra fee if you don't want to share the space. It doesn't feel like they're upselling you like other places.
This was my second time using their hair wash and scalp treatment service. The place was just as empty as the first time. However, the experience was worse than the first. It felt like the staff weren't properly trained; each person did things differently. Even during the blow-drying, they didn't turn on the foot massage for customers as per the service description. The shared hair washing and massage room didn't provide any privacy. The price was too high for a single hair wash and scalp treatment like this, 400k VND, and they claimed the price increase was due to taxes. With this price and service, I definitely won't be returning.
I would love to recommend this salon to everyone. I had a massage there and it was the best one I’ve had in Vietnam—absolutely incredible. The salon is beautiful, the receptionist was very pleasant, and Mr. Thung is a true professional. He released all the tension in my back; I feel completely reborn, like a new person! I’m very grateful to him and I will definitely come back.
The salon has beautiful decor, and the hair washing and ear cleaning services are very relaxing. I think it's reasonable for the price.
