Really enjoyed my stay here and will stay again next time I'm in Hanoi! Rooms are bright and comfortable. They have their own washing machine which is a big plus. Staff are all great, in particular Annie and the tall boy (I didn't get name, sorry) at the reception were really helpful. Gym is pretty basic - mostly just free weights and treadmill. Location is brilliant- lots of options for food, coffee and even a bia hoi right outside the door 😄
I didn't want to stay in the hustle and bustle of old quarters so chose this place. It is very close to westlake. Walkable distance. They have hotel room and service apartments both the options. I stayed in Junior suite apartment. My stay here was very peaceful and lovely. 1. Clean big room 2. Amenities all provided. 3. Have an automatic washing machine with a small dry balcony so you can do your own laundry for free. 4. Apartment cleaning is also free. Included in the stay. 5. Desk people are very polite and helpful. They know basic English so communication was fine. 6. Small kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, kettle, electric cooker and utensils. 7. Peaceful street 8. Took grab to old quarters ajd other places. Max 25mins if high traffic time else 15-20mins. Easy! 9. There is a small gym so you can manage your workouts. Gym has 2 massage chairs also. Too good. 10. Very minor thing you can ignore it ofcourse. No full length mirror. So girlies you won't be able.to check yourself out in the mirror.😅😂 Overall loved it. Like I was staying at home. Will come back for sure. Thank you so much 💜
Excellent stay at VNA! The location was really good, there’s a convenience store just opposite, pharmacy, and hair salon near the area. The room is spacious and clean, with basic amenities provided. The communication from the start of booking via WhatsApp is almost instantaneous, very helpful, responsive. The staff goes above and beyond to help guests and the price is very good. Will recommend to book, no regrets. We will be back!
Nice, spacious apartments that are fully equipped and very clean. It’s a really great place to stay. The staff are very friendly, professional, and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. From here, it’s about a one-hour walk to Hanoi Old Town, or around 15 minutes by bike.
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Hanoi, Vietnam! The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring the city. A very special thank you to Nguyen – we were incredibly well taken care of from start to finish. He was always available, very helpful, and truly made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay.
