I would give this place 10 stars if i could. The stay and rooms were fantastic. But what really takes it over the top was the service. The front desk staff and everyone who worked here was incredible. They were so friendly and kind and helped us plan our trip around Hanoi. I would also especially like to thank Anh who was fantastic and literally the highlight of our entire trip. She was so helpful and kind and made our experience the best it could possibly be. Any return trips to Hanoi and i will definitely stay here. Anh and the rest of the staff were amazing, they were so hospitable and kind and made the stay so special. Would recommend 10/10
We stayed here for three nights while in Hanoi a few months ago, and the location was super convenient since it’s right in the heart of the Old Quarter near Beer Street. We came as a big family of around eight people, and all of us felt so welcomed throughout our stay. Everyone from the reception staff to the housekeepers to the kitchen staff were genuinely kind and hospitable. While my family personally enjoyed the lively atmosphere a lot, families travelling with very small kids might find the area a little overwhelming because of the crowds, noise, and proximity to Beer Street. That said, despite being so close to the busy area, the rooms were surprisingly quiet thanks to the great insulation. The breakfast was really good as well. On one of the days, some untouched food I had left in the fridge was accidentally thrown out during housekeeping, and on our last day the staff sweetly gave me dried fruits as an apology, which I really appreciated. Such a thoughtful gesture and overall a really lovely stay. Cảm ơn rất nhiều!
Great hotel located conveniently in the Old Quarter near the night market and Beer Street. You get a little bit of noise because of this but the reception staff were very accommodating in my request for a quieter room on a higher floor near the back of the hotel. The staff were very hospitable, kind and courteous- from reception to the bellhops and the breakfast staff - the service was amazing. They also allowed us to do a boxed takeaway breakfast for an early morning tour departure which was much appreciated. The rooms were huge, nicely decorated with a super large comfy bed. They also have a lovely sky bar with beautiful views of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a excellent value, 4 star property in the Old Quarter.
This hotel is located at the bustling street of Hanoi. Very convenient for food and shopping. The reception is very friendly, heart-warming and attentive to our needs. I would like to thank Ms Anh and her team. The Bell Hops are helpful and polite. The restaurant breakfast was great but can be improved, example have a change in menu on alternate days (just a suggestion); something special or even 1 Hot item different Mon-Sun. Our group stayed in total of 5 days 4 nights. If everyday breakfast the same menu can be quite boring. ☺️ However, I would like to express my gratitude to all the restaurant staffs. They are friendly, fast and efficient especially Ms Trang who tend to our table. She is very attentive and remembers what we need and our likings for breakfast. She even helped bring breakfast to my room when I was sick after our trip from SAPA. Appreciate the hospitality and quality service of all the staff and management of La Mejor Hotel; putting in a lot of effort and even expressing their care and concerns especially when I was sick and also our friend that was hospitalized. We really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. Thank you. We’ll be back 😉 Much more to explore Vietnam.
Our family of 5 came from Bangalore to Vietnam for an 8 day vacation. We finished 3 days in Ho Chi Minh, 2 days in Da Nang and landed in Hanoi. We stayed at Le Mejor Hotel and Sky Bar. The staff are so respectful and kind hats of to them. At the reception Ms. Dieu Anh a cheerful and wonderful person took care of our check-in, although our check-in time was at 2.30pm, they obliged by keeping our luggage at the reception at 9am itself. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and spacious with all amenities, extra bathrobe, slippers too and a neat washroom too. Its situated right besides the Beer Street , we had an awesome night of fun , its like a carnival being a weekend. We had breakfast in the morning, pleasant and courteous staff, helpful with everything. The Buffet was an vast array of great food and fruits, the ambience great too. Even a counter for hot omlette. Overall a beautiful hotel to stay. Everything is walkable, great spas, street bars, waterfront. Souvenir shops. I highly recommend that you stay here if ever in Hanoi. A big thanks to all staff at hotel. Especially Ms. Dieu Anh who was very helpful morning too as we checked out at 8am to go for our 2 day cruise. Dr. Narayan Pratap bangalore India
