Best place in town The hotel has a great location if you want to stay away from the busy Old Quarter. It feels much more relaxed while still being easy to get around. The service was excellent and the facilities were in great condition.
Had a lovely stay at L7 West Lake. The design of the hotel is stylish and cozy without feeling too formal. I especially enjoyed the rooftop area and the view over West Lake during sunset. The staff were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
I had a wonderful stay at L7 WEST LAKE HANOI BY LOTTE, and I would especially like to thank the Club Lounge team for their kindness and genuine care. During our stay, my wife became sick on Sunday, and the team went above and beyond to help us. Even though it was outside of normal business hours, they helped us find a hospital with an English-speaking doctor and continuously checked on us afterward. Their support and warm hospitality made us feel truly cared for during a difficult moment. Thank you once again to the amazing Club Lounge team for your professionalism and compassion. We will always remember your kindness and hope to return again in the future.

My stay here was great. The room was beautiful. The service was wonderful. The breakfast had a lot of options. The mall is connected to the hotel in case you want to wander around there. The area is quieter and less hectic than the Old Quarters, which was nice. This was my first time staying at a Lotte and I was throughly impressed.
