Down a tiny back alley but the rooms are modern, clean and quiet. Only 10 minutes walk to the Train Street.
Comfortable, modern apartment in a very secure building. It is within walking distance of Train St. and many attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet with good food available and a small grocery store around the corner. We especially enjoyed Queen Coffee & Tea for their great prices, delicious food, and the best egg coffee in Hanoi.
This place is truly a hidden gem in Hanoi. It felt much quieter than other areas of the city, and the surroundings gave me a very homely, comfortable feeling. The room was spacious and clean, and I really appreciated that the towels were replaced every morning around 9:30 am — a nice touch. Mrs. Phuc was always smiling, warm, and very supportive, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Hanoi. Cheers!
We stayed at Bi Eco Suites last november and want to return again but they are sold out for the date we are in hanoi sadly. The specific room we got was amazingly modern (you can see from the video of the bathroom attached below) and clean. We love it. At first it was a bit tricky to pinpoint the exact location but once we did, we realize what an hidden gem we found. It is within close distance to the main attractions like Hoan Kiem lake, the Old Quarter and all the street food for people who dont mind walking. For the price it sure went above my expectation👌🏻
Communication through WhatsApp was smooth and the airport pickup service arranged through the manager went well. The car driver knew the place so well and with his help, we checked in without any issues. Driver even drove us to find dinner in a lively nearby places as we arrived at 9 PM and being new in the city, we had no ideas where to get dinner. Service level of the staff and their room were both excellent. It was really worth it! Although the hotel is tucked in a small alley, it felt safe to walk even in late evening. Please note that the non English speaking cleaning staff is only there from 9.30AM to 4.30PM.
