This hotel has amazing potential, a beautiful lake view, and brand-new furniture, but it seems we caught them just a bit too early. When we arrived, the property was still in its soft-opening phase and essentially under construction. There was no open reception desk yet, and communication via messaging was a bit slow at first, though a quick phone call sorted things out. To be fully transparent, the rooms weren't quite finished yet, missing a few lamps, chairs, and the tea/coffee packets for the kettle. Also, the spa and wellness services listed on Booking.com didn’t exist, which was a shame since it was one of the main reasons we booked. We even had a minor plumbing issue where the water stopped working and we had to be moved to another room. Despite the rough edges, the team clearly cared about our stay. They were well-intentioned and did their absolute best to provide the services we needed once we asked. It honestly felt like we were "test guests", had we booked just a couple of weeks later, I'm sure it would have been a flawless, 5-star experience. Tip for travelers: The hotel is going to be lovely once it's 100% complete! Just a general heads-up for Vietnam: fake reviews are common, so always read through carefully to find trustworthy, detailed feedback.
