I stayed at AIRA Boutique Hanoi for two weeks arriving on Thursday 18/06/26 until check-out on 02/07/26. Hotel arranged my airport transfers in both directions. During my check-in I'm pleasantly surprised I've been given an upgrade & ended up staying on level six in room 602, the room was very spacious especially being a solo traveller from Brisbane. A very comfy bed, small fridge & can make your own coffee & tea + complementary bottled water & small tins of Coke replaced daily. TV with many channels including Youtube, Wi-Fi connection excellent, security Safe inside the spacious wardrobe, small outside balcony. Bathroom facilities were excellent with a large shower cubicle. Excellent air-con which can easily be controlled. Bedding & room cleaned daily if requested & laundry service available at a fee if required. The restaurant on level 9 was excellent especially with the great menu selection for Breakfast & again I ate most of my evening meals in the restaurant & friendly helpful staff. The restaurant area is very spacious & spotless & a great opportunity to interact with other guests & staff. A brief walkaround on level 10 with high city views & friendly staff behind the bar. Level 7 a pool & small gym area. Reception staff were most helpful especially recommending tours & arranged the bookings for me or helped with ordering Grab. Overall this Hotel is in a great location & within walking distance to many tourist attractions especially Train St. Room rates, restaurant meals & drinks & airport transfers & recommended tours are reasonably priced. I'd just like to add my room rate included breakfast & I paid for all other meals & drinks. This was my fist visit to Hanoi & my last visit to Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh in 2007. I will like to take this opportunity to thank all the hotel staff for there kindness & making me feel very welcome & I will defiantly stay here again when I'm next in Hanoi.

This is a lovely little hotel. I looked at quite a few before picking this one and am glad that I did. The room was lovely; really comfortable and a great bed, so slept well. The restaurant is also really good and breakfast was on par with some of the bigger brands. It also has a small pool and a nice rooftop bar, unless it rains. The really need to add some more roofing. The staff were fantastic. Really helpful and most spoke good English. As a hotel it has all the amenities you would expect and a small spa in the basement. One of the best things was it’s less than 5 minutes walk to Train Street, so ideally located for this and the Old Quarter. They also arrange to car to and from the airport, which was an excellent service. Definitely a very good 3* hotel, better than many 4* I have stayed at. I would certainly recommend staying here.

We booked two rooms at the Aira for six nights. Before we arrived we needed to extend the stay, and the team took care of it with no issue at all. The communication leading up to the trip was great, which got things off on the right foot. The staff helped us out at every turn. One morning they sewed a button back onto my son’s shirt, and Christine booked us a trip to Halong Bay that included private transport. It made a real difference. The rooms are clean and have a lot of character. The streaming boxes were a nice touch, and the AC was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was great, and the SkyBar was a good way to end the day. There’s also a pool and gym on the 7th floor, and the pool was refreshing. We’ll be back.

Great location just outside of old quarter. The hotel room we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable. The entire staff were very inviting and attentive (thank you Tom). I’ve seen them help out several guests while I was waiting in lobby, some of the best service. What I appreciated the most was that they gave great advice to guests to make sure they don’t get scammed by being over charged: taxi services, bike rides, walking street vendors, shops, etc. After having walked around, there are many tourist traps. Enjoy your time, but be careful out there. Be generous with the staff and offer a tip to pass it forward, they helped us out tremendously during our stay.

Lovely hotel, excellent location for exploring Hanoi. Laura, Tony, Johnny & all the staff were exceptional, helping us with travel plans when we had a last minute cancellation & really giving our stay a very personal feel. The map given at check-in had brilliant information, including restaurant recommendations that didn't disappoint. We were walking distance from all the key sights in the old town, with Train Street just around the corner. We had excellent massages in the spa & loved enjoying the view up in the Sky Bar over an evening drink. The breakfast buffet was delicious & again, the bar & restaurant staff were so friendly & welcoming. Will definitely stay here again if we're lucky enough to return to Hanoi!
