22Land Heritage Hotel & Retreat – A Quiet Blend of Culture and Comfort Tucked away in a peaceful corner, 22Land Heritage Hotel & Retreat offers a stay that feels both intimate and culturally rich. From the moment you step into the room, there is a strong sense of thoughtful design—where traditional motifs meet modern comfort in a balanced and inviting way. One of the most striking features is the bold red headboard, decorated with delicate floral patterns that evoke a sense of heritage and artistry. It becomes the visual heart of the room, standing out against textured blue walls and warm wooden furnishings. The contrast of colors creates a space that feels both vibrant and calming at the same time. The room is well-equipped for a comfortable stay. A cozy bed with soft linens invites rest after a long day, while a small seating area by the window provides a quiet spot to relax. The lighting is warm and gentle, adding to the overall feeling of calm. Thoughtful touches—such as a coffee machine, tea set, and neatly arranged amenities—show attention to detail and care for the guest experience. What makes 22Land Heritage Hotel & Retreat special is not just its facilities, but its atmosphere. Had mixed experience while staying here. On the good side, the hotel was very unique in design, many additional amenities in room and reasonable price. However on the bad side, the lobby is kind a smelly and faced issue with electricity while i was there. No generators so it was total blackout for several hours and happen several times. Breakfast was good but can be improved.
Update: I stayed at your hotel in early January 2025 for four days. You can check the booking record if needed. As I mentioned in my earlier review, I was drawn to your hotel because the photos on Agoda showed beautiful, artistic décor—that really attracted me. But I also noticed several reviews talking about construction noise. To make sure we could rest well during our trip, I carefully asked the hotel in advance if there was still any noise issue. I received a reply like the one shown in the screenshot I shared earlier: “The hotel is very quiet now, please feel free to book.” I want to be clear that I’m not complaining about the hotel itself. On the contrary, we found it just as beautiful as we imagined, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We are very grateful for all these things. However, I had checked with the hotel about the noise problem before booking, it was really disappointing and sad to find that construction noise nearby made it impossible for us to fully enjoy this otherwise wonderful experience. ⸻ Although we have repeatedly confirmed with the hotel owner before the trip that we are very concerned about the construction noise problem. At that time, the owner of the hotel emphasized that the hotel was very quiet and livable now. As a result, we were very shocked to find that there was a deafening construction noise from early morning to late at night every day, so loud that my family and I could not sleep peacefully after we moved in. But we still very thankful for the two packs of earplugs beside the bed you provided. I spent four very restless days like this. Even if I felt cheated. I don't want to hurt the hotel by sharing this experience. Instead, I hope this hotel can treat people as human beings. The decoration of the hotel is beautiful, but please improve the other parts😥😥
