I stayed in a suite with a balcony, a washing machine, refrigerator, and other amenities. It was a fantastic stay, exceeding my expectations and excellent value for the price. The hotel staff, Minh, Duon, and Trang, were also very welcoming. I highly recommend you try it!
It was a really cozy stay, the rooms were well equipped and the hotel is near many coffee shops making it perfect in the morning! The staff were also super friendly and easy to talk to. Duong and Huy were super helpful with checking in and other services. Its a really great place and perfect for a cozy stay in hanoi.

Friendly staff and great service! We had a wonderful stay here. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and spoke great English, making communication a breeze. The only minor downside is that the room was a little on the smaller side, but it was clean and comfortable.
Excellent hotel for an amazing price. The hotel is recently renovated and very well presented throughout, the hotel and rooms are spotless. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Hà Nội!
