Everything was excellent. Room and bathroom were clean, breakfast was very complete and delicious. Good location to walk around hanoi. Staff was the best, very kind and helpful.
A great hotel with such friendly staff, every member was great, especially Phong - thank you. Gave us some great recommendations of places to go. Happily let us keep our bags stored for a few hours after checkout. Phong also saw our heavy backpacks and offered to order us a grab to our bus stop. A great location and very quiet hotel. The rooms were beautiful. Aircon was great, toilets spotless with amenities. Was also a lift which was great to have with heavy bags. Only downside is we had no window, we did opt for the cheapest room but didn’t realise - and our TV was missing from the wall. No issue with that but be mindful when booking, I didn’t mind no window as I like pitch black to sleep!☺️
Very nice hotel and the room is quite spacious, its location is very central and the staff are absolutely wonderful, they were attentive at all times, thank you thank you ✨
Great little hotel, ice cold A/C, super friendly and helpful staff, walking distance from all the cool spots in downtown Hanoi. Would definitely stay again.
The room was pretty spacious but the toilet stunk so bad. Bathroom was still overall clean. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and nice. Location is pretty close to most things. Saw no bugs for the most part and they did let us keep our luggage there and have us an early check in.
