A truly memorable dining experience. Every dish arrived with a sense of excitement and surprise. The food is creative, beautifully executed, and combines Vietnamese and international influences in a sophisticated yet approachable way. The value for money is excellent, the staff are warm and knowledgeable, and the lakeside setting adds a lovely touch to the atmosphere. Definitely a place worth revisiting and one I would confidently recommend to friends.
WOW what a find, this place is absolutely amazing. The ambience, music, service and especially the food. Every bite was a sensory delight leaving us wanting more. An amazing wine list to kick things off followed shortly with the crab dumplings. Sorry for the pic, one disappeared before the photo. Followed by two incredible mains, the smoked duck with grilled dragonfruit and one of the pastas from the secret menu Spaghetti in Aioli and Peperoncino blended with their carbonara with a side of Cheese & anchovy Bagna cauda veges. Not satisfied there we also opted for dessert a magnificent tiramisu and almond pudding. All were just perfect. We will definitely return to try more delights.
They are able to elevate simple ingredients to a whole new level! Highly recommend tuna /avocado salad, tofu/ truffle soup, chicken/ onion dishes and soya chiffon for dessert. Nice and surprised treatment of the common ingredients.
The view was absolutely stunning. The shrimp were the best I’ve ever had in my life — incredibly tender and perfectly cooked. Even though a few of them still had some shell left on (not fully cleaned), it didn’t take away from how amazing they were. I also had the mushroom soup — it was good and tasty. I wouldn’t say it was “wow,” but definitely enjoyable. Finally, the duck was probably the weakest dish, although still decent. It had some parts that were a bit tough and should have been removed beforehand. The sauce also felt quite simple and didn’t really help bring out the full potential of the duck.
Everything on the menu is well structured for visuals and taste. Staff are really polite, prices so reasonable I went for Dinner Friday, then again for lunch Saturday upstairs and again back mid afternoon for a cheese board . Great place , extensive menu. In the heart of Phu Tay Ho Temple area.
