Excellent stay in Hanoi! We had a wonderful stay at Meritel Hanoi. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable and well equipped, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax. What really made our stay special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Meritel Hanoi to anyone visiting the city!
The location is a good spot because its just close to the tourist spot here in Hanoi. When we arrived, Will is the one who entertained and gave us a recommendation what are the good tourist spot to go to. And also Cornell is very nice and we talked sometimes and he also entertained us while we are waiting for the grab. Their food also taste good. Must have the breakfast buffet.The service is fast just like laundry where u can receives it on the same day. Most of the staff are very friendly, accomodating and welcoming. We also thank Katy for helping us check out easy. I recommend this hotel for a fantastic service and stay. When we come back here in Hanoi we will stay here again. I promise your money is really worth.
We had a recent Fantastic Stay at Meritel Hotel..Thanks to the lovely staff. A special mention to Tim at reception who went out of his way to support us when we visited our train! The service was excellent. The rooms were neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is very well located and close to everything. Good value for money. First and foremost, I would like to emphasize that the service at this hotel is truly exceptional, the best we have ever experienced, by far. We have stayed in many 5-star hotels across different countries, including some of the most prestigious, but the level of care and attention we received here was simply outstanding. That said, the location is also perfect, walkable distance from the main areas, the rooms are clean, the shower is great. A very special thank you to Ms. Anh, who looked after us throughout our entire stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. Thank you to every member of the hotel staff who made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. You are all amazing. This may not be the most luxurious hotel or the one with the most extensive amenities, but what truly sets it apart is its incredible service.
I LOVE THIS HOTEL!! Hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter, both convenience and comfortable for me. The room was clean and beautifully prepared. Truly appreciate the team - especially Will and Katy for their welcome and friendliness. Loved this stay and hope to be back next year!
