The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene, clean, and welcoming. The receptionist was very knowledgeable about the different types of massages they offer and was able to recommend what is suitable for me. Moreover, my therapist was exceptionally professional and truly listened to my areas of tension as per request. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend! Tbh, this is my second time in Vietnam and this is my go-to massage place ☺️
Very kind staff and receptionist. Our experience was so amazing!! We asked for a private room for three of us muslim women with female therapists and our brother to have a male therapist in another private room. They arranged everything 4 hours in advance of us contacting them. Extremely kind and personalised massage, hospitality is top notch. I will recommend this place to everyone I know! Will definitely come back!!❤️
Incredible experience!! I got the 3 hour package that included a massage, facial, body scrub and milk/flower bath and it was so relaxing. Everyone there is so nice. Beautiful professional spa in the heart of old quarter. I will definitely be back
Really great and relaxing massage. My boyfriend booked a full body special massage as a birthday gift and it was amazing. Our masseuse, Ngoc Anh and Mai were really great. Very attentive and attended to the asked area of focus on our body. They made us feel very calm and gave a relaxing massage. Recommend this place when in Hanoi.
Had the kindest and nicest receptionist welcome me in such a calming and welcoming atmosphere. She had quickly brought tea before an after the message. My message therapist - Mai was the nicest and best masseuse I had ever had. Focusing on all muscles and creating a relaxing environment. Overall felt very relaxed. Definitely the message I was looking for after walking around the whole city and going to Ha Long Bay.
