What a most wonderful experience! I had the 90-min Maison massage, and when I tell you that it surpassed all my expectations, that’s putting it mildly. From the moment you enter the spa area, you’re welcomed by a host of friendly and charming employees. The hot tea and ginger snacks were a wonderful touch as you wait. The cake and singing to me in recognition of my birthday did a lot to relax me and prepare me for my experience. Ms. Venus and her team, especially Ms. Anya are excellent! I highly recommend this experience.
I have to say that my massage experience here was excellent, far exceeding all my initial expectations. I have come back 6 to 7 times, and every time I walked out, I felt my body lighter, my mind more relaxed, like I had just been completely “reset”
A friend recommended it; I owe them a big thank you. The onsen water temperature was perfect — warm, enveloping, and instantly calming. Hot stones melted the knots in my back. Worth planning your day around.
Booked during happy hours and it felt like I won the day. at La Maison Signature Spa in Hanoi The scent is subtle and gentle; nothing overpowering. Two therapists in sync during the 4-hand massage felt almost like choreography. They noticed it was my birthday from the booking and sang — sweet and sincere. Put this on your Hanoi list.
One of the highlights of our trip for sure. Big shout out to Rachel/sophia for being a great host and for being so accommodating! While the massage was great, the best part had to be the private onsen. my wife and I love going to hydrotherapy experiences / spas and this was one of our favourites. Getting a private jacuzzi, cold plunge, and tubs to soak in was something that we didn’t realize we needed!
